I raise orphaned grey squirrels and they love the in-shell nuts. The nuts are fresh . This is the second time I have ordered from your company and have been pleased each time!

My cousin in texas received her Hazelnuts, she is very happy and pleased about the quality, best looking nuts she said (just nut talk) She will start to get cracking only regret I have she is now asking for all kinds of recipes

Pecans were chopped and added to a muffin batter... for a highly nutritious treat. The hazelnuts were also fresh and delicious.

Received the hazelnuts today. They are for my pet squirrel Peenut. Hazelnuts are his favorite treat but they are only available during the holidays locally. They are packaged nicely and are quite large compared to the grocery store variety. They seem to be good quality. Prompt shipping. A great value but the shipping hurts a little, not your fault though. Thanks

My, you all are certainly a happy bunch! I've never received such an upbeat e-mail about the shipment of something I ordered on line. Just opened the box and the hazelnuts are intact. I live in a very rural area in the mountains and shelled hazelnuts are no where to be found. I like to bake, I like hazelnuts but I don't like to shell them. I think your nuts will make my life a lot easier.

OK. So I never heard of peanut flour, etc. Did a Google search and basically 2 sites. Ordered from nutsonline and Friday and received the order on Monday. Still waiting for delivery from other site even though I ordered it 3 days before nuts. The flours are great.

All nuts were delivered on schedule today. Thank you. My wife, Titou and I tasted them immediately: Very good! We have a surprise for Titine when she comes tomorrow... But you don't know Titou and Titine: they are gray squirrels, and believe me, they know if pecans and hazelnuts are good or not... Almost 5 years ago, baby Titou fell from our roof, he was very small and couldn't see yet. His mother had disappeared, probably killed, so we adopted him. We made a big 10 foot cage for him. One day, after playing with Titou in the house, I took him back to his big cage, closed the door and found out a female was there. We kept her in the cage with Titou, and named her Titine, until she became aggressive with Titou, one year later. So we freed her. But she came back to us everyday since, jumping on our shoulder and expecting nuts. So the nuts we ordered are mostly for Titou, Titine and 4 babies she had this year. My filberts arrived. I didn't hear the door, was outside at the time. But I've already been cracking. I grew up with grandparents who had a couple of trees on their farm in Washougal, WA so I've always been "addicted" to a good filbert.

Thanks for the trial pack of Turkish figs! Yum! Are they ever good! Can't wait to bake some of my German cake recipes with the Hazelnut flour and use the almonds in my recipes as well! This is DELICIOUS! I combine 1/2 cup hazelnut flour with a teaspoon of onion powder and a heaping teaspoon of smoked Spanish paprika. Shook it up and rolled 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs in it. Sauteed them in hot oil until crispy on both sides. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Unbelievable. I may never eat chicken any other way and virtually no carbs!!!
