I was very ill with stomach problems for a month. I was tired of going from one doctor to another without receiving answers. I started to research natural and organic foods that might help my digestive system. I found your site, called and spoke with a lovely person that gave me the history of the company and how she used certain products added to her diet. I ordered a few things. It arrived in 2 days!! I now order every 2 weeks. It has been almost two months now and my digestive problems have returned to normal. I swear by the ginger. When I have an upset stomach, I eat about four pieces and I have no problems. I just received my order (in record time) and I'm SO impressed with the coconut chips and crystallized ginger. The ginger is higher quality than what's available at my grocery store, and at a much better value. And the coconut chips - I have to second what another reviewer said - they have a moist, almost chewy texture and a natural sweetness that I was not expecting. I ordered all three types of crystallized ginger. They are fantastic! The organic ginger was my favorite. I'm not sure if the ginger really was spicier, or if it's just because there was less sugar per piece due to their shape, but they were delicious! The diced ginger is cut in smaller pieces than I imagined it would be. They would work well for cooking. It's only been a couple weeks and I've eaten two pounds of ginger! Wonderful products! I received my second order very promptly. Everything is so good. The crystallized ginger is absolutely awesome! I have been spreading the word about nutsonline to all my family and friends. The first order was a sampler and I couldn't wait to place another order. I am trying to discipline myself with ordering because there are so many yummy selections. I love this company!

High quality crystallized ginger is difficult to find at a reasonable price. Nutsonline has it, in spades! Rather uniform sizes, good packaging, and great flavor. I primarily use it to make ginger rice (about 50-60 grams per cup of basmati rice). Cut up in 1/8 to 3/16-inch cubes and add to the cooking water. It cuts clean and is not gooey sticky like the uncrystallized or candied ginger. Great as a snack to get your ginger fix or in your homemade trail mix.

I'm a "health nut" (pun intended!) so when I received my crystallized ginger, I appreciated having less sugar and thicker slices of ginger. A few weeks ago I bought a small package of ginger with alot of sugar and it was $7.95 for what was probably 1/4 lb or less. Thanks for an excellent product. Just received my order...opened all nuts and taste tested each kind...excellent. The Brazil nuts were the best I've had, cashews were EXCELLENT, as were the walnuts, and peanuts. Your crystalized ginger is excellent, not loaded with a thick sugar coating and doesn't have the funny taste of others I've bought. Pumpkins seeds are soooo good. Looking forward to my coffee...feel safe in saying I bet I'll love them too. Was pleasantly surprized by the Veggie Chips...who would have thought I would love a crunchy green bean..yet I do. I ordered the crystallized ginger and it's delectable! I like to keep it on hand because hubby & I both get stomach ailments from time to time. I also wanted it for one of my Christmas cookie recipes. It's so expensive in the stores. I paid about $8 for one of those little glass McC-----k's bottles. And the fig sample was to die for! I'll be placing an order for more things for Christmas. And the delivery time was phenomenal! Hawaii is a good place to buy ginger but the Nuts On Line candied ginger is the best ever and I've tried many. The price and the taste are just right. I usually buy several bags and when my supply gets low, I restock.

I have suffered from migraine headaches since I was 7yrs. old. I am now in my 40's. A friend told me to try Crystallized Ginger. He said that he read if I were to eat a little each day that my headaches would go away. So, I went online and ordered from Nuts Online. They are a wonderful group of people who have been a delight to order from. My Crystallized Ginger was not expensive at all. It was shipped promptly to my old address, I just moved. They even sent me a friendly email when I received my Crystallized Ginger. Anyway, since using the Ginger, I have only had two headaches, compared to the two or three a week that I was getting! I was even on medicine to prevent the headaches and it never worked. The Crystallized Ginger seems to be working for me. I am loving the dark chocolate sunflower seeds. Y'all are the only one who has milk-free chocolate sunflower seeds, that and the fact that it has no corn syrup makes me absurdly happy. I eat this with the organic crystallized ginger. YUM. I have been through tests from my hair roots to my toe nails for the past five years. I have nausea 24/7. Hits hardest in the am and sometimes will go away around late afternoon. On days when I have to get out or have alot to do it is hard to get motivated. A cousin sent me a package of the crystalized ginger and it has made a big difference in my ability to cope. I can actually be nausea free as I pop a piece in my mouth and find that I can stop and still be free for a day or so. Told my doctor and he agrees that ginger is a natural aid for stomach problems. The sneaky UPS deliveryman had dropped the shipment off while I was at the doctor's office this morning. Since we do not use the front entrance to our home, if you had not sent the e-mail there is no telling how long it would have remained out on the front porch. The ginger is used by me to cover the taste of a very bitter pill that I have to take every day, so I keep plenty of it on hand. I ordered some ginger on Monday (and a few extra goodies to try) because my husband is sold on its effects to soothe his stomach. When I saw that it would be shipped the same day, I said, "Wow." The raw cacao goji squares were delicious. I remember purchasing something similar from Food Co-op but it did not taste as rich as this brand. I also love the organic crystallized ginger. These are like Ginger Gum Drops only BETTER! This ginger is awesomely-delightful-good, it makes 'store bought' ginger like pieces of gritty cardboard that a ginger root sneezed on, by comparison. I will NEVER buy it at the grocery again, and this ginger is better priced too!

The candied ginger is sweet, hot and absolutely yummy. The figs are soft and slightly sweet. The tart cherries could be a little less sweet, but nonetheless are truly wonderful.
