Thank you! I am in Ginger Heaven. My daughter-in-law usually sends a small package for the holidays but this year my girlfriend got addicted to it and cleaned me out. And it's only June! I thought I was going to suffer with four more months of heartburn and indigestion (I was born in NY in 1929 as well). I have not been able to find candied ginger in local stores so thank you for having it and your quick service in getting it to me. Nicely packaged and fresh as well.

The picture for the Ultimate Malted Milk Balls do NO justice! These things are HUGE! My fiance loves them. He eats one with his morning coffee. Strawberries are awesome. I had heard that crystalized ginger was good for hot flashes so I bought a bag at a health food store to try. I ate a little over one serving a day and within the week the hot flashes have all but stopped. Today I received my 11 pounds of crystalized ginger in the mail and immediately opened them up. They are excellent. I will tell my friends about the ginger and where to get it. Thank you.

I heard that taking crystallized ginger helps with menopause. Hot flashes etc. Anything that helps I will try. Hope it does the trick. Give it a try like I did and pray.

I received the crystallized ginger promptly and so far (I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but did do a taste test) it is as good as I had hoped. It had very good flavor and zing. I am looking forward to cooking with this product.

After I ordered crystalized ginger from Nut online, I realized the flavor is what it is supposed to be, wonderful taste of the ginger with the sweetness of sugar. I use it in a chicken salad with grapes, almond slivers, celery stalk, wild rice, olive oil and vinegar. Delish!
