I've used the ground golden flax seed and chia seeds...both were great. The sugar free chocolate chips were awesome. Can't wait to try the almond & coconut flours. I'm diabetic and the low carbs in all of these is what I've been looking for - THANK YOU for providing what I need.

Was given a sample of chia seeds in my first order. I read up on the health benefits of chia seeds and came back to order myself a pound of them. Very easy to incorporate into your diet. Heck, I just put a couple teaspoons into my morning coffee and it goes down well.

I love this site. I have found hard to find items, like candy corn anytime of the year. I use flaxseed and chia seeds all the time. Everything is always fresh and in resealble packages. Highly recommended by me!

Well I ordered the white chia nuts. First off the service was absolutely wonderful and so very fast. Always have my doubts about this kind of thing. But I have been plesantly surprised. They really do cut your cravings, they make food taste better. They've enhanced several things I 've used them on. I truly do have more energy and I am also sleeping better. I will definitely order more when I run out. And there are some other things I want to try also. Thanks for being there guys and keep up the great work.

One of the best places on line that I have found is Nuts Online. I JUST AM NUTTY over this find. I first ordered cashews and chia seeds. Excellent and amazingly good. I soak 2tps of Chia seeds in 1 cup of water, let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours then add a little bit of honey , et voila , I have a yummy drink.
