The thing I hate about ordering online is that you have to wait for the goods....... but not with Nuts.com!!! I had read some testimonials that said they received their stuff the next day and I could hardly believe my eyes when my box was sitting out front when I got home from work! Love the hemp powder and cacao. GREAT for smoothies and the almond are YUMMIE!!! Will be ordering again for sure!!!!

I just received my order of Organic Cacao beans and Hemp seeds i ordered 12/9/12 at 2:30pm and just received them today 12/10/12 at 11 this morning you guys are quick and my products are amazing . I am going nuts at how fast these guys got my order delivered to me! I ordered 5lbs of Hemp Seeds and 1lb of Spirulina on Monday, and by Wednesday, I was drinking Spirulina with a Hemp butter sandwich. Wow, I have never experienced such incredible customer service (I spent my career in a call center, trust that I don't anymore because quality customer service is a hot button issue for me!), fast delivery, quality product... you guys are the total package! We were the first delivery Fed-Ex made today, and while our oatmeal was cooking (so much better than the imported stuff at the store at a fraction of the price, and smelled like heaven!) we made little piggies of ourselves sampling everything. Tasted like heaven too. We just moved from the city to rural Michigan, and I haven't been able to find many of my dietary standbys. You folks are lifesavers, literally in my case. Thank you! Funny story. I received an email from Nuts Online saying my package had arrived and I thought.. I didn't receive any packages. So I opened the front door, fully expecting to see nothing but a "Welcome" mat and some dead leaves I need to sweep off the porch and, there it was! How did they know?!? While tasting quite good, the important part to me is that these seeds surpass the competition by having a gentle (i.e., a brief steam rather than UV) sterilization process which would appear to preserve better the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Ordered goji, raw buckwheat, raw hemp seeds, raw pistachios and the hemp and greens cereal. I ordered on a Wednesday with ground shipping and it arrived the next day. That was a pleasant surprise. Of course, I had to taste everything immediately. It was all wonderful quality. The Wegmans near me is never well stocked on the ingredients I need for different raw food recipes. I was a little skeptical when I first placed an order, but my order arrived very quickly, and everything in the box was so fresh! I nearly chipped a tooth on the cinnamon just to give it a bite test (totally awesome!), and the hemp (which has a beautiful, somewhat nutty aroma) has made milk for days now. Plus, offering FedEx for shipping makes it much more likely that I'll order again and again, because I know the package will arrive in good condition, and get here in the morning, before I leave for work. Now I can share my Nuts Online purchases with my coworkers, but I don't think I will. They have to get their own. ;) Thanks!
