Lighter in scent, taste and color than cassia cinnamon, but from research I've done it has additional health benefits over the cassia type. This cinnamon is very tasty and very well priced for the large amount you get!

I ordered these sticks for a friend. I used to buy them for me too, but the grinding at home does not work for me, it is too course. Now I buy the powder version from you. But it is a great product

Great product, I use it every day in my morning drink

Makes a full bodied tea -- really great - both hot and cold. Add 2 Cinnamon sticks per gallon of cold water, bring it to a boil and let cinnamon sticks steep for 20 to 60 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. I'm not a fan of herbal teas. I'm an avid black tea drinker but even I like cinnamon tea and it's really healthy.
