This rice flour made delicious pancakes - something my husband hasn't been able to have since being diagnosed with celiac disease six years ago. Rice flour is normally unaffordable for us, and tends to taste like baby powder when we indulge, but this flour made sweet, tender pancakes that he insisted on having for breakfast, lunch AND dinner on his birthday. Thanks for putting bread and pancakes back in his diet, and back in our budget!

Have never been a big fan of brown rice--don't like that branny taste, but I've reached that age where health is an important factor in my food consumption. This rice is great! It tastes heartier than white rice, but it doesn't have that heavy brown rice taste I remember from earlier forays into healthy eating. This is just delicious! And very reasonably priced too.
