We've been using bee pollen in our morning smoothie for a while now. I ordered the powdered version the last time I got it, and I've been very happy. It completely dissolves in the smoothie, where the bits sometimes did not. It also lasts soo much longer. I don't detect any particular taste or smell with the product; I highly recommend.

I am thrilled to have a reliable bee pollen resource. I've been taking the pollen now for two months and feel it has optimized my health a little more. Stay tuned.

I've been using bee pollen for a long time now. There bee pollen is in a powdered format and works great

*****This superfood must be taken with careful proportions if one has not built up to it. I can eat 3 tablespoons a day without having hives but that was not always the case. I had to start with very small proportions gradually taking larger proportions until my body could handle 3 tablespoons. Normally, I put 2 tablespoons in my smoothie in the morning and eat 1 tablbespoon at night.

it is supposed to help with allergies and inflammation I doubt there is any hope for my sinuses but, I find it works great for tattoo session duration and healing

It's my first time to try bee pollen. I did not like the taste. It had somewhat of a rancid taste.

Hate the taste! BUT if it does what it's claimed to do it will be worth the daily intake lol ! Suppose to help with the side effects of chemo ! Let's hope it works!

I've been eating Bee Pollen for decades and they're all different depending on location. The quality of any food depends on the quality of the soil in the region it comes from. Soils in the US are generally depleted whereas soils in China (where this Pollen is from) are still rich and fertile. I'm an aging athlete (almost 70) my body's juices are almost non-existent but that doesn't matter because I replace them with Super Foods. Pollen is the most energy giving of them all but only if you prepare it properly. The best way is to put it in a blender with enough water so your blender will run smoothly but not so much that it's too watery (you want a nice paste). Temperature is critical, you need to keep blending until it reaches 110 degrees which is more than warm and less than hot (just put your wrists on the side of the blender jar). This is important because heat gets rid of absorption inhibitors which block the absorption of the very nutrients you want, while too much heat will destroy them. When prepared this way, the amount of energy unlocked is significant. I've shopped all over the internet and this is the best quality I've found, and at the best price too.

This is a staple in my diet. Love the taste and it provides so many nutrients that are beneficial to my health. Eat it twice a day and sometimes I eat a whole lot of it.

It's always good. I buy this bee pollen for a very specific reason, and it suits its purpose perfectly.

Bitter tasting to me. Mix it with other powders to hide the taste. Put in in my oatmeal also.
