These have a lovely flavor and while slightly wetter than I prefer, they're still not overly sticky. I've always kept these available for me and the family and everyone loves them. Recently, my 27yo daughter was experiencing "issues" and called to ask if I thought "prunes" might help since a coworker suggested them, saying they were vile tasting but effective. I had to laugh because I've ALWAYS called these plums and she's always loved them! Since I had some on hand, I packaged some up for her, including extra for her friend to try. As "dried plums" she really liked them! She said they "tasted a little like prunes" but we're SO much sweeter and better! Moral? Don't get hung up on the name! PS I finely dice these to bake into cookies or scatter on cereal to cut way down on the sugar the kids/grandkids want to ad. Wonderful treat, in moderation of course

Fruit is fresh and chewey...NOT dried out.

Excellent balance of soft but not squishy, sweet but not too sweet. I recommend.

I eat prunes every morning in my fruit bowl. I try for 4-5 of these. Good for my bones and for staying regular. These are high quality, not sticky, slightly soft, slightly chewy, good flavor. This was my first order from nuts.com and I was happily surprised when I saw the box at my door. I left it on my counter for several days after emptying it because I chuckled every time I looked at it and read the writing. Thanks nuts.com for putting some levity into the stressful holiday season.

The angelino plums are a nice change of pace from prunes. more tangy, like a cross between apricots and plums
