As with cranberries and other dried fruits these blueberries are simply delicious and good for you. I eat some nearly daily either by themselves or mixed with other fruits and nuts. I mean dried fruits last a long time and I do not have to worry them spoiling. Very healthy!

I use the powder but the dried fruit is a quick alternative since I use everyday, delicious
