The coating of the candy wasn't offset by the honey. I do not like the honey mixture. I haven't eaten anymore since I tasted the first few.

I keep these on my desk. When I first started working in an office 30something years ago a friend told me to keep good candy at my desk. That will give people a reason to stop by and say hello, and you'll get to know everyone. I'm not saying it's the best advice in the world, but it is how I met my husband ;)

These candies are very tasty. Once you get to the honey, (which is real), the taste change is intense. This is a good candy.

I have not had Dad's Root Beer Barrels in 40 years, at least. They are just as good as I remember.

I love these candies. They are so delicious and taste just like a real root beer soda They remind me of the root beer floats I use to get as a kid. Yum!

These are great for a dry throat. The honey is very soothing. Flavor is great.

Long lasting candy. Great ginger flavor.

These were great. Strong cinnamon taste.

These don't quite have the same flavor as old school jawbreakers I remember, but most flavors are pleasant.

These are mostly just mildly sour, which was a bit of a disappointment. Thankfully, they don't seem to splinter like other candies of this sort (where you're afraid you'll slice your tongue).

all good only thing is I should have order more then one bag I ate them all almost in three days☺
