I'm addicted to these things - but I usually buy through Walmart, but the smallest amount they have is 5 lbs, which is fine, but I'm on vacation & left my box at home & have 15 or so, but I was happy to find that they had 1 lb bags which is perfect while I'm out visiting family.

Whenever I see the name of your business, I recall the response Brig. Gen. Anthony Clement "Nuts" McAuliffe gave to the German envoy who asked him (he was then the acting division commander of the 101st Airborne Division troops defending Bastogne, Belgium, during World War II's Battle of the Bulge) if he was willing to surrender. McAuliffe's staff relayed the message to him. They were surrounded on the ground and overcast kept Allied aircraft from providing air support. McAulliffe's initial response was "Us surrender? Aw, nuts!" Later that day, inside Headquarters, in the presence of his staff, McAulliffe wondered aloud, "Well, I don't know what to tell them." At that point, Division Operations Officer, Lt. Col. Harry Kinnard said, "What you said initially would be hard to beat." McAulliffe asked "What do you mean?" Kinnard, said, "Sir, you said nuts." All members of the staff enthusiastically agreed, so McAulliffe wrote it down on a message pad and said, "Have it typed up." "Nuts" became his nickname after that.

After buying about 5-6 lbs of these sugar free roir beer barrels at a time, I now bought the 20 lb box. My husband is laughing at me but I love them plus, the most important reason: I quit smoking a year ago and these little candies help me not crave a smoke. Sine I always keep a large bowl in the TV room, the 20 lb box is most cost effective.
