COMPLEX but delicious! What do I mean by complex?....well, they aren't all the same on the inside. Outside, they look EXACTLY like rocks that you would just find on the ground somewhere, which makes them super-fun for baking and dessert decorating projects on cupcakes, cakes, gingerbread houses, etc. They would fool people. Even more realistic in person than in the photo. Also, some of them a like chocolate and candy-coated nuts, while others are more crumbly inside like a cookie or malted milk ball, and then others have a more chewy, gummy fruity thing going on. The good news: each one is YUMMY.

These are little sleep savers in the middle of the night when my glucose takes a dive...I keep a supply of them next to my pillow, so I don't have to get out from under the covers.

These were very good. My only suggestion would be for them to add a bit more variety in flavors. Most of it was very minty -- I like mint, but would've preferred a few more fruit or cinnamon to mix things up.

It's Christmas Day & I am taking time to tell the world that this is the BEST peppermint bark I have eaten ever (even better than that hand made in Asheville, NC). It is so home made looking & tasting - the white chocolate isn't sticky sweet, the dark chocolate is superior, very European in taste & texture. The ratio of the 2 is ideal & the peppermint is fresh & complimentary. Please make some more, I cannot survive till next Christmas. Thank you for an amazing product, from someone who is very particular & hard to please. It's a Merry Christmas for sure.
