Wonderful taste, but some pieces were a bit soft and squishy for me. I prefer chewy jerky.

Very good - different from the beef jerky that is tough to chew. This is tender and tasty. Would make a nice addition if you included it where you were making a birthday basket or get well basket.

The beef jerky was actually amazing taste wise, the reason for my low rating is because it is outrageously expensive.

Our household’s favorite salmon jerky among many different brands. Tender and savory and bursting with salmon flavor. The pepper is a perfect spicy, umami accent.

My all time favorite snack and wish I had ordered a larger pack. The pieces were flavorful, moist, and not dried out like other jerky I've tried in the past.
