High in Omega 3 fatty acids, our salmon jerky is made with whole fish strips and is brined, smoked and preserved to ensure titanic levels of taste and freshness. The bold pepper flavor is gonna keep you popping back into the bag for another bite! After overnight brining, our salmon jerky undergoes a cold smoke (below 100°) to lock in flavor and moisture. It’s completed with a hot smoke process (165°) so that the fish is fully cooked and the smoky flavor is infused.
