While the flavor of these is good, they are very disappointing. They are definitely flakes rather than chips. I usually buy, Let's do Organic. The pieces are thicker and what I prefer. Now I am stuck with a pound of these.

Delicious, great size chips for making Coconut Seed Nut Mix sweetened with maple syrup. Baked 15 minutes @ 350 degrees until lightly browned. Great snack or topping for low carb frozen desserts!

perfect toasted on oatmeal

Cant wait to use it in some cake and cookies. I even thought i might melt down the almonds and chocolate i have left and make like a bark bar. They tastes good, full of flavor.

Perfect for my homemade granola.

I ordered the shredded coconut, but found it difficult to eat the sheds as a snack. I thought I would try the diced coconut, but was sad to learn that it had a sugar coating: 30 mg worth after my purchase. It's a great snack if you can have the sugar. I would be interested in purchasing diced coconut without the sugar. STILL LOVE YOU GUYS A BUNCH!!!!!

Surprising. Was expecting shredded coconut, not knowing it was in small chunks. It was good.

Super fresh, and toasted to perfection. I sampled some soon after opening my order box. Opening the package, I didn't have to hold the bag under my nose to catch a sniff - the wonderful aroma filled the air, also drawing sudden attention from my doggo. After I enjoyed a small pinch of this wonderful selection, I shared a few flakes with the mutt. Two thumbs up from me, two dewclaws up from Miss P.

Costco occasionally stalks smaller pieces of chocolate-covered coconut, but it's hard to find and I had a hunch your chocolate would be of higher quality. Hunch paid off, and now I'm indebted to you for a new good/bad habit!

These are great to add to salads, mixed with mashed sweet potato, granola or right out of the bag.

The coconut it great - couldn't be better!

I expected these to be like miniature Mounds, but instead they were chunks of coconut covered in dark chocolate. I liked the dark chocolate, but even though it was delicious, it didn't make up for the coconut which had no flavor at all.
