YUMMY!! not too sweet

Arrived on time and packed thoughtfully.

I had just finished a bag yesterday and was so happy that my order arrived today with another bag! I eat coconut on a medjool date everyday, well, sometimes two or three!

I toasted some of these coconut chips and added some to my oatmeal and it was delicious!

I was so impressed by the packaging and the organic quality.

My 3 yr old likes the flaked coconut from the store, so I decided to try this "diced" version....she LOVES them! Not greasy like the store version, and they are nice diced pieces with great flavor. I mix a few of these with a few peanuts, sunflower seeds, and walnuts, and she has a healthy, protein-filled snack. I will never buy shredded, store coconut again! BTW, I have Celiac Disease, and this coconut did not cause a reaction with me. They aren't certified gluten free as they are not made in a gluten free facility, but the ingredients are gluten free.

It was better because it was not too sweet like the stuff in the bags at stores. Would be great in cookies. Great snack. My wife doesn't care for Coconut but she llike these enough to eat like a snack.

Fresh, pristine white, and delicious. I used these in my grain-free granola, and I love the results.

The chocolates were for my mother, recuperating from an illness- she's feeling much better with the yummy chocolates!

I like the coconuts very much. However, the calories will have me limiting my intake.

Excellent product. The chips are nice and big and the taste is wonderful. These are perfect for adding to trail mix or other snack mixes.

This stuff is dreamy! I made coconut shrimp and they were great! My next project is to make coconut milk :) Based on the smell, texture and taste I know it will be awesome!

A hint of sweetness along with the wonderful coconut flavor and texture. I paired them with the slivered almonds--great combo.

I can't stop eating these. Just the right amount of sugar. Some pieces are softer, some are harder, only negative for me - none crunch (but I'm not even sure that is possible).

This coconut has the "dryness" associated with unsweetened shredded coconut, but it has more of a sweet coconut flavor than most. I use it in my homemade protein bars and it doesn't dry them out like other brands do. Recommended!

I will be making Santa's Whiskers Christmas cookies from a Southern Living recipe from the 1980's and need shredded coconut. Just wish it were cut a little longer.

Coconut and deliciously wicked dark chocolate...one of my favorites!!

I wont ever order coconut chips from anyone else, ever, forever.

An entire pound of toasted coconut in a nice resealable bag to keep it fresh can be used for so many recipes during the entire year, but a homemade coconut custard is one of my favorites. Also great to keep to use as a topping for desserts or to mix into trail mix.

I decided to try making nut milks at home to replace dairy, so shopping at nuts.com was a no brainier when it came to sourcing inexpensive organic ingredients. The shredded organic coconut is a real winner! One cup of coconut with two cups of warm water blended for a few minutes and strained through a nut bag equals a rich creamy milk that is SO much more delicious than any store bought non-dairy milk I've ever tried! Perfect in cereal, coffee, or my favorite- chai tea!

Looking forward to trying this with some new recipes.
