Coconut looks great, best price I could find, and the bag of coco nibs was a nice surprise. The size of the shavings is also much more in line with what I needed. I'll be using all of the ingredients in my homebrewed beer, and the coco nibs will make for a great ingredient as well.

These are delicious just as they are or sprinkled on top of anything.

I often use coconut as a coating for chicken instead of bread crumbs. I appreciate how the texture is very fine so it gives the coating a bread crumb-like quality while keeping the coconut flavor from being too overpowering. Because it's organic is a bonus. I ordered 5 lbs. of the diced coconut. It was wonderful and I have shared with other members of my family and they love it as well. Its only been a week and I'm almost out, I will be reordering soon. We may try other products along with more coconut.

They are serious about the shipping. My package arrived faster than anything I have ever ordered, even on Amazon Prime. I ordered my box Monday and it was there by 10 am, maybe earlier, on Wednesday. Amazing!!! Everything I ordered was awesome!! I am a late night snacker, so the dried fruits I ordered have helped me snack healthier. The zip bags everything comes in are sturdy and open and close easily. The papaya, pineapple, strawberries, diced coconut, glazed orange rind are so delicious. I have a weakness for gummy raspberries and they are so much cheaper by the pound here than buying them at the store, presuming one can find them. I will definitely be ordering more from nuts.com in the future.

There is nothing better than coconut and this is so fresh and flavorful, I sprinkle it on EVERYTHING!!! Can't wait to have my Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut for breakfast tomorrow! Makes every day perfect!!

Your organic coconut is a cut—or should that be shred—above the rest. The taste is very flavorful without resorting to sweetners. This is a permanent restock item on my list.

The best I've ever tried in US

I bought the 1# bags and the coconut was crunchy and nicely toasted. I then bought the 25# box and the coconut was different. It was just lightly toasted and larger shreds. I preferred the 1# bags because they were crunchier and has a nuttier and distinct toasted coconut taste.

These are so fresh, crispy and delicious. I use it for 2 low carb cereals: pecan granola and a toasted vanilla cinnamon flake. Friendly fast customer service. If there is ever a problem they fix it right away. Great products and people.
