It's quite tart and when you're not expecting it, it can be a bit alarming but still, it's a fantastic tart drink. Adding sugar to taste is easy to do, btw.

I wish the packaging could be recycled. I immediately put the powder into glass jars. I wish Nuts could have returnable glass bottles instead of plastic zip packs. I would pay the extra shipping.

Probably the most underrated flavor. I just love this.

This gets used in so many things: drinks, salad dressings, sauces, soups and baked goods.

I love grapefruit. It's kind of a problem. I bought this powder because the tangerine powder has been out of stock, and I love adding a tablespoon of citrus powder to my fruit smoothies for that extra tang. Well... I was not expecting this juice powder to be quite as tangy as it was. The first smoothie I made was so sour, I broke out in a sweat while drinking it. I had to mix in some sweetener so I could finish it all. Since then, I only use half a tablespoon or less in my smoothies, and it's just fine. You can't really taste the grapefruit without adding more powder, which is accompanied by that tartness, though. If you love sour snacks, this may be perfect for you, but it's a little much for me!

These are the very best lemon crystals I've ever come across and are a must for my pantry. I add them to just about everything imaginable from stews, eggs, veggies and desserts.

Sorry, but this stuff is awful. Don’t know how i will be able to use it. I thought it would be something we could mix up and use for a drink, but it is not sweet but bitter. Tastes too much like the zest maybe?

Good lemon flavor, but product caked up within 2 weeks. Had to literally hammer it to pulverize it to use it.

This stuff is the bomb! I put some in my mango cookie recipe for a double mango flavor.

A great easysauce for fish or middle eastern dishes: half low-fat sour cream, half yogurt, grated garlic clove, salt, a sprinkle of lime crystals. Taste and add more crystals and salt as needed.

Made a smoothie with 1 tsp of camu camu, and was very tart. Added some cashew milk & more ice & tasted a lot better drink. Use sparingly & mix in blender as does not dissolve well in cold water. Have to try it in hot water soon.

I love lemon water, but squeezing lemons is annoying and messy. This stuff is fantastic! It makes the best sugar/sweetener free lemonade...as strong or as week as I'm in the mood for. It's also great in unsweetened iced tea and hot tea. I just ordered my second bag... don't want to be without this new kitchen staple!
