Wow mama !!

Absolutely perfect for flavoring ganache, which is my intended purpose. Additionally, like the other fruit powders I've reviewed, the highly concentrated, perfectly balanced flavor allows the users to apply it to fruit smoothies, pastry fillings, icings, macaroons, cakes or whatever, in order to boost the flavor without adding additional liquids/water content, like a fruit puree might. It's the perfect solution!

Extraordinarily powerful, concentrated raspberry flavor with just the right amount of tartness. Absolutely spot-on for the intended use of flavoring ganache! The color is also quite lovely. One could also use this to increase flavor in fruit smoothies, or boost the flavor of pastry fillings, icings, or cakes. A little goes a long way!!

Odd smelling, but amazing tart lemony taste!!! I can’t wait to find uses for this stuff!!!

This is the greatest tasting product, lemon product, ever. It's very strong, so use just a tad and pucker up your lips, yummy!

Tangy lime goodness

Big disappointment! Partly my fault as I read the description and the featured reviews but not the ingredients. From what I read I thought I was buying freeze dried powdered raspberries but this product is mostly sugar which is not a good sweetener for diabetics as one review said and will not work for the purpose I bought it for.

Very lemony! I put just a pinch in my water and its so good, i think i like it better than real lemons in my water.

Open mouth, pour down throat. These babies are fantastic!

Just a pinch is all you need.

I absolutely love this stuff! It just arrived today and I'm already drinking line water and creating a line based menu for the next few days. So good and a little goes a long way. Worth the money!

Perfect! I use this as a rub on lemon chicken, for baking, on veggies, and to make sugar free lemonade.
