First, I want to say that I am very happy shopping at Nutsonlilne.com. I even received a free try-me size bag of Flax seeds. My second order I got a free try-me size bag of delicious mochi rice cakes! Yum! The free gifts are very nice, but that's not what keeps me coming back. I was looking for organic spirulina and I couldn't find a better price anywhere online! I'm also amazed at the wide selection of healthy foods they have! Now, about spirulina! I saw a food documentary calling this the best superfood and wanted to give a try. I've been mixing 1 tsp of spirulina with my water daily for a month and half. The first week curbed my appetite. Week 2, I noticed my bones didn't crack when I got up. It also made recovery time shorter after working out. I really can't believe all the positives spirulina has! I even sprinkle it on my 11 year old Siberian husky's food daily. He's showing signs of better mobility (not stiff after lying down), better breath, and his fatty tumors have less mass than before. Yay! Recieved order last night and used our new sprulina powder in our morning smoothie. Did not see the bright green coming for some reason. But my 2 and 6.5 year old still drank it down with no problem. Didn't add a weird flavor that we could tell but added some protein. Perfect to keep our non-vegan family satisfied that the kids are getting enough protein. We have even got several of them taking spirulina as well cuz its just so awesome. Just what I was looking for and for less than 1/3 the price to buy local. Love it!

I read/heard many benefits of spirulina and I decided to give it a try. It has a very strong sea-weed taste to it. After consumption my muscles felt like that literally had a drink, it fills you up immensely and gives you energy. I would not put this in food processors, a small percent of the powder does not break down and it is very hard to get out of blenders, just put it in a bowl with water, much easier to clean.

My local coop was selling spirulina for $20/lb, but NutsOnline had organic spirulina for WAY less. It shipped fast and is delicious. Plus they sent me a cute e-mail upon delivery!

Wow, the Spirulina and Chlorella I ordered were amazing, I love the bag they come in, and the quality is definitely superb. Chlorella and Spirulina are foods that once consumed, will provide the consumer with immediate, noticeable effects, including the following; uncontrollable euphoria, higher mental capacities, focus, warmth, drive, and millions more. I tried chlorella for the first time here, and I have to say, I do enjoy the taste of spirulina a little more, as chlorella is more astringent, and pungent, but chlorella has its own set of benefits that differ slightly from spirulina, like higher chlorophyll content, the chlorella growth factor to name a couple. Both are excellent foods for a busy person, and also should be a staple for every type of athlete, chess players, everyone. Thank you for the lowest prices ever!

I recently ordered the chlorella and wanted also to try the spirulina. I really like this also and the energy it gives me. One difference is that smoothies are a staple in my diet and I find that the spirulina mixes more neutrally regarding taste.
