Smooth and delicious. I thought by the smell that it would be strong. It's a robust, tasty, wonderful coffee. Even if I grind a bit too much, it's still smooth and delicious. I will have this as my favorite until I compare it with the German roast, which I thought was very good too. I had it over the winter and enjoyed it. They will have to duke it out to be my favorite!

I can't say enough about nuts.com and their coffee selection. They have the best dark roast medium roast, have not ran into one of their different coffee types that I wouldn't drink again. You can do what I did after years of just drinking your old time coffee expand your horizons and give one of theirs a shot you'll be very surprised.
