Organic Black Lentils

Organic black lentils have a wholesome, earthy flavor and a firm texture, keeping their shape well through the cooking process. Outside of traditional soups, these gorgeous, jet-black lentils are delicious when tossed with vinaigrette over a bed of mixed green salad, or made into a vegetarian stuffing for squash or eggplant. USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO.

Perfect! These black lentils are similar in size and qualities to French green lentils; they are small and retain their shape in cooking. It's difficult to find them in local stores so it's great to have you for a source.Catherine, Union Springs, NY
So glad I can find these again. Made them hot and as a salad already.Stephanie, Sacramento, CA
