Paramount crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate, and yogurt coating. It will help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds or will thin for ease in dipping and coating. Add a little at a time in the melting process, stir between each addition, until you have your desired consistency.
Ingredients:
Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Soy Lecithin. **Contains: Soy Ingredients. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

Even though I hesitated to place an order with Nuts.com, I did anyways, and I'm glad I did.Not because of the company but because of the heat waves we have been going through.The paramount crystals were delivered on the exact date the company said they would be.They were in great condition.
