Will my order be delayed due to the holiday season?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible; however, slight delays may occur due to increased holiday demand. 


Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you don’t see an update right away, don’t worry – tracking details can sometimes take a little time to refresh.


What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive on time?

If your package is delayed, please contact us at care@nuts.com. We’ll work with our delivery partners to get updates and ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.


Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping; however, our gifts are carefully and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We offer customizable greeting cards to make your gifts even more special! 


What if I need to change my shipping address after I place my order?

Please contact us at care@nuts.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships.


Can I include a personalized message with my gift?

Absolutely! Your gift orders can be personalized with a message or seasonal greeting card for that extra special touch. 


Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available. You can select an expedited option at checkout for faster delivery. Expedited shipping options will vary depending on the shipping destination and methods available. 


What are your holiday return policies?

We understand that gifts may not always be a perfect fit. To report any issues, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery. For more information, please refer to our return policy here.

While most items ship within 24 hours, some shipping locations may require additional processing time. This processing time is factored into the estimated delivery date at checkout. 

Delivery dates are subject to change when shopping volume is high and/or due to carrier delays.


Furthermore, shipping options vary by item. Custom items, including Custom Trays, Build Your Own Boxes, and Custom Trail Mixes, may take longer to deliver. Business days don’t typically include weekends, however Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.
