This was my first time ever eating raw cacao. I wasn't sure how it would taste. But I like it enough I will be a regular consumer of it. One thing I think should change though is the picture of the nibs. From the picture on the site you expect to get chunks of cacao like the size of nuts, but the nibs are actually much smaller, similar to the size of rice or lentil beans.arthur, Oxnard, CA
