When you try these cashews, you will wonder why you ever ate the salted version. You will never miss it. The roasting process enhances the sweetness of raw cashews without creating a dried-out, hard-to-chew product. That they are also organic is just a bonus.

These may not be 100% gluten free! I have Celiac Disease. If I eat these, I can feel it. Must be processed in a plant that also processes WHEAT!
