I hate to take sides, but this flour is my absolute favorite! (Sorry, other flours.) I first tried it in my chocolate chip cookie recipe. Footnote: I did have to add some regular all-purpose flour to the recipe as well since nut flours have a different consistency. But the end result was great: a cookie that was a bit chewier.
