Hmmm, I got these because tiger nuts are allowed on the Plant Paradox, low lectin eating plan. The taste is pleasing but very bland. They are excellent in cooked millet cereal. Nothing added to them, which is excellent. Thank you for not soaking them in some oil we cannot have. I recommend them to add crunch to dishes.Annette, Angola, IN

Since Tiger Nuts appear to be considered an "acceptable" resistant starch as a prebiotic on most diets, I decided to try them. I had read that they could be hard and chewy when in whole form, so I decided to try these sliced tiger nuts. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. These have a sweet nutty taste and while chewy, they do break down enough in your mouth so swallowing is not a problem. I will definitely order more of these, especially since they appear to be having the desired effect.Lucy, Grayslake, IL

So tasty and great in my shakes!Claire, Brooklyn, NY
I like the flavor, but after chewing them they seem to end up like celery strings, a bit tough to swallow.Virginia, Beverly, MA
The tiger nuts have a good subtle flavor. I love it in my yogurt. I preferred the sliced over the whole nut as they are easier to chew. If you want to try something with a different flavor and texture tiger nuts are for you.Linda, Newark, DE
Not really sure. Little chewier than I thought. Maybe has to grow on you!Dorothy, Gilbert, AZ
