Buckwheat Sandwich Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
3 Eggs
3 tbsp Butter (softened)
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Gluten Free Dough Enhancer*
1/2 cup Organic Buckwheat Flour
1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
1 1/2 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup Potato Starch
1 tbsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Yeast, Active Dry

Cooking Directions:
1.  Place ingredients in bread machine in order, depending on manufacturer's recommendation. Choose basic cycle. Scrape down sides of bread bowl after kneading begins if the flour is sticking to the sides to incorporate all ingredients. Makes one large loaf. *Or Soy Lecithin Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
