Recipe Ingredients:

cup evaporated skim milk

Cooking Directions: |

Combine milk and apple juice in large saucepan. Heat on medium until hot, but not boiling. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Stir. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer covered for 20-25 min., stirring occasionally, until <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/white.html">quinoa</a> is tender.
Makes about 2 2/3 cups. Serves 4.
