Basic Cooking Instructions for Gluten-Free Corn Grits (Polenta)

Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups Water
1/s tsp Salt
1 cup Corn Grits

Cooking Directions:
1.  Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Corn Grits and reduce heat. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for a couple minutes. This will make enough for four generous helpings.
