Basic Cooking Instructions for Millet Grits Meal

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Millet Grits/Meal
3 cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt

Cooking Directions:
1.  Stovetop: For delicious and nutritious hot Millet Grits, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup of Millet Grits/Meal and reduce heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with milk and honey and add fruits and nuts as desired. Makes four servings.
