Basic Cooking Instructions for Soy Grits

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Grits (Defatted)
3 cups Water

Cooking Directions:
1.  In a medium sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Stir in soy grits and return to boil.

2.  Cover and cook over low heat. Simmer until all of the water has been absorbed, approximately 10 minutes.
