To cook Teff Grain as a hot breakfast cereal, simply bring 2 cups lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup Teff Grain, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir occasionally. Serve with honey, raisins, nuts, fruit and/or cinnamon to add flavor and nutrition.
