Berry Smoothie with Rice Bran

Fresh or Frozen Unsweetened Berries

Bananas, sliced

1-8 oz. cont.

Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
|
1/2 cup
|
Skim Milk
|
1/4 cup
|
Rice Bran
|
3 tbsp
|
Lemon Juice
|
1 to 2 tbsp
|
Honey
|
Cooking Directions: |

Cover and freeze berries and sliced bananas until firm. Combine berries, bananas, yogurt, milk, Rice Bran, lemon juice and honey in blender, process until smooth. Serve immediately.
