Recipe for Berry Smoothie with Rice Bran

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups  Fresh or Frozen Unsweetened Berries
Bananas, sliced
1-8 oz. cont.  Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup  Skim Milk
1/4 cup  Rice Bran
3 tbsp  Lemon Juice
1 to 2 tbsp  Honey

Cooking Directions:
1.  Cover and freeze berries and sliced bananas until firm. Combine berries, bananas, yogurt, milk, Rice Bran, lemon juice and honey in blender, process until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
