Recipe for Buffalo Chip Cookies

Recipe Ingredients:
2 sticks  Butter, melted
1 cup  Brown Sugar
1 cup  Sugar
Egg (Large)
2 1/4 cup  Flour
1 tsp  Vanilla
1 tsp  Baking Powder
1 tsp  Soda
1/2 cup  Pecan Meal
1 cup  Corn Flakes
1 cup  Quick Oatmeal
6 ounces  Chocolate Chips (Optional)
1/2 cup  Dark Raisins
1/2 cup  Shredded Coconut

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix all ingredients together.

2.  Use ice cream scoop to put batter on cookie sheet, they will flatten, put 6 cookies on each sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes. These are large, chewy cookies.
