Recipe Ingredients:

Butter or Margaring, softened

Vanilla

1-16oz pkg

GF Chocolate Cake Mix

1-10 oz pkg

Peanut Butter Chips

Cooking Directions: |

Cream butter and 1 cup of the cake mix together until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add the rest of the cake mix and blend until completely incorporated.

Add bag of peanut butter chips and fold into dough. Refrigerate until dough is a little stiffer (about 20 minutes).
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes at 350F.
Allow to cool 1 minute, then remove and place on wire racks to cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
