||Butter or Margaring, softened
||GF Chocolate Cake Mix
|1-10 oz pkg
||Peanut Butter Chips
||Cream butter and 1 cup of the cake mix together until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add the rest of the cake mix and blend until completely incorporated.
||Add bag of peanut butter chips and fold into dough. Refrigerate until dough is a little stiffer (about 20 minutes).
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes at 350F.
Allow to cool 1 minute, then remove and place on wire racks to cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
