Cranberry Sauce Compote

Recipe Ingredients:
1 package fresh cranberries
2 cups water
1/2 cup <a href="/driedfruit/raisins/dark.html">Dark Raisins</a>
1 cup sugar
1 chopped orange
1/2 cup <a href="/nuts/walnuts/natural-no-shell.html">Raw Walnuts</a>

Cooking Directions:
1.  Rinse the cranberries and boil with the 2 cups water until their skins pop.

2.  Add 1 cup sugar and the chopped orange. Simmer until it jells.

3.  Add raisins and walnuts.
