Recipe for Fudge Truffle

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup  Macadamia Nuts
1cup  Cashew Nuts
1 cup  Pitted and Chopped Dates
4tbsp  Coconut Oil (Melted)
5 tbsp  Carob Powder
1-2 tsp  Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp  Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup  Sesame Seeds

Cooking Directions:
1.  Process the nuts in a food processor until smooth. Add dates and continue processing.

2.  Add the rest of the ingredients (except sesame seeds) and process until smooth.

3.  Shape into balls and roll over sesame seeds and freeze for 2 hours.

4.  Enjoy!
