Cooking Directions: |

Combine the water and seeds in a jar with a tight lid.
|

Shake for 30 seconds then let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

Use immediately or refrigerate.

Add to oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, soup, baked goods, etc.

Germinating the seeds is supposed to triple their antioxidant level.
