Recipe for Gluten-Free Beer Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
1 pkg.  Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix
1 cup  Gluten-free beer
1/4 cup  Apple juice
1/2 cup  Water
Eggs
1/4 cup  Oil
1/2 tsp  Salt

Cooking Directions:
1.  Dissolve the enclosed packet of yeast in the beer and juice. Allow to foam for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add the oil, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.

2.  Place the bread mix into a large bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Beat with a hand mixer on low until smooth. Then turn mixer to high and beat for 15 more seconds.

Pour into generously greased bread pan and smooth top.

3.  Cover with plastic wrap, place in warm location and allow to raise for about one hour. Remove plastic.

4.  Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 60-65 minutes. IMPORTANT: After 20 minutes COVER the bread with foil.

5.  Remove pan from oven. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove bread from pan and allow to cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf (15 slices).
