Gluten-Free Beer Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
1 pkg. <a href="">Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix</a>
1 cup Gluten-free beer
1/4 cup Apple juice
1/2 cup Water
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Salt

Cooking Directions:
1.  Dissolve the enclosed packet of yeast in the beer and juice. Allow to foam for about 5 minutes.<br><br> After 5 minutes add the oil, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.

2.  Place the bread mix into a large bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Beat with a hand mixer on low until smooth. Then turn mixer to high and beat for 15 more seconds.<br><br> Pour into generously greased bread pan and smooth top.

3.  Cover with plastic wrap, place in warm location and allow to raise for about one hour. Remove plastic.<br><br

4.  Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 60-65 minutes. IMPORTANT: After 20 minutes COVER the bread with foil.

5.  Remove pan from oven. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove bread from pan and allow to cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf (15 slices).
