Kettle Corn

Recipe Ingredients:

1/4 Cup

oil (vegetable, corn, safflower etc.)
|
1/4 Cup
|
sugar
|
2 Tsp
|
butter
|
1/2 Cup
|
kernels
|
Cooking Directions: |
1.

heat oil & melt butter on medium heat. add sugar,and dissolve.
increase heat slightly, and add kernels.

cover with lid and let pop. will take approx. 5-6 minutes.
when popping slows to 3 seconds between pops, turn off heat.

3.

remove form heat after 2-3 minutes and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
pour in bowl, may have to separate clumps. Enjoy.
