Recipe Ingredients: |

Sunflower Seeds (soaked for 6 hrs, rinsed & drained) |
1 stalk |
celery, finely chopped |
1 stalk |
green onion, finely chopped |
1 tbsp |
parsley, finely chopped |
1 tbsp |
lemon juice |
1 tsp |
soy sauce |
1/2 tsp |
dill weed |
1/2 tsp |
dulse flakes |

whole cucumbers |
Cooking Directions: |

Pulse the drained sunflower seeds 5 times in food processor. Scrape down and pulse again 5 times
|

Place in a bowl, adding all remaining ingredients except for the cucumber.

Peel cucumbers, cut off ends and cut each in half. using a spoon and paring knife, hollow seeds out from all 4 centers and stuff with mixture.

Roll logs in black sesame seeds.

5. |
Slice into approximately 1/2"-3/4" thick rounds and serve.
