butter or 1/2 Cup oil

cooked chicken to accompany rice and mung bean dish

This is a Persian dish. Soak 1 cup of mung beans overnight. Prepare your basmati rice with the water, butter (or oil), rice and mung beans. When done serve with a piece of steamed or cooked chicken.
