Cooking Directions: |

Place warm water and sugar in large bowl; sprinkle yeast on top. Let stand for 5 minutes to proof.

In a separate bowl, combine flours and salt and mix well. Add melted butter to yeast mixture, followed by the flour mixture. Stir to combine and place on flat surface for kneading. Knead for 5-8 minutes, until dough is elastic.

Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour. Punch down dough and let rest for 5 minutes. Shape dough and place into a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.

Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting. Makes 1 loaf (12 slices).

Fine grain sea salt is obtained by the evaporation of sea water. Known for its great taste and texture, it is the perfect substitute for plain table salt.
