Recipe Ingredients:
no salt crackers
peanut butter
chia seed

Cooking Directions:
1.  Smear small amount of peanut butter on one cracker...then dip that cracker or sprinkle a few chia seeds on that cracker...sandwich another cracker on top and chow down! Great taste...and, great energy booster mid afternoon!
