Quinoa Bread

Recipe Ingredients:
1/3 cup Organic <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/white.html">Quinoa</a>
2 1/4 tsp active dry <a href="/cookingbaking/leavenerthickener/yeast.html">yeast</a>
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/wheat/whole-flour.html">whole wheat flour</a>
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp nonfat dry milk
1/4 tsp ground <a href="/cookingbaking/herbsspices/cloves.html">cloves</a>
2 tsp wonderslim
3 tbsp honey
1 cup water

Cooking Directions:
1.  To cook <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/white.html">quinoa</a>, add it to twice its measure of boiling water. Simmer for 10 min. Drain off any excess liquid and let cool. Add the cooked <a href="/cookingbaking/grains/quinoa/white.html">quinoa</a> and all remaining ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
