Red Raspberry Freeze Drink

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups Low Fat Milk or Rice Milk or Soy Milk
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
10 Ice Cubes
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
1/2 tsp Guar Gum

Cooking Directions:
1.  Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 3 servings.
