Red Velvet Cake Mix
|
1 1/4 cups

Water
|
1/4 cup

Vegetable Oil

Cooking Directions: |

Add Red Velvet Cake Mix to 3/4 cup water. Mix 1 minute on low speed. Mix 2 minutes on medium speed. Add 1/2 cup water & 1/4 cup oil slowly to mixture. Mix 1 minute on low speed. Scrape bowl and paddle. Mix 2 minutes on low speed.

Bake at 365 for 22-26 minutes.

Yield: 2(8")round cakes.
